Our cask strength whisky is a minimum of 5 years old and a single barrel bottling, giving us approximately 220 bottles. The previous cask strength whisky released in November 2023 won a gold medal at the 2024 Canadian Whisky Awards and we expect this cask strength release to be even greater.
This release is a high rye, mixed mash bill. aged in virgin char 2 American oak. The expected alcohol content should be approximately 58%alc. with 220 bottles in total.
