Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis. Refunds for reasons out of our control require the returned package before the refund is applied. We do not refund the cost of shipping once the package is in transit and/or delivered.

We do not accept returns/chargebacks of any kind for products and invoices above $100 if provided after 180 days after the purchase. Liquor corporations must notify us of any issues with their orders, including concerns related to not selling through the product within the 180-day timeframe provided.
