Downriver Whisky - Cask Strength Single Barrel

Canadian Rye Whisky bottled at 58.5%alc/vol.
The previous cask strength whisky released in November 2023 won a gold medal at the 2024 Canadian Whisky Awards and we expect this cask strength release to be even greater. 

This is our second release of single barrel, cask strength, rye whisky made from locally grown organic rye and barley. A mix mashed combination of grains that are fermented, distilled, and aged 5 years in virgin American white oak at our distillery in Hartland New Brunswick.

Mash Bill- 85% Organic Rye, 15% Organic Barley (non-malted grains)
Barrel Entry Strength- 59% alc.
Barrel Dump Strength- 58.5% alc.
