This single barrel, small batch, Canadian Whisky is distilled 
from locally grown organic corn and organic barley grains.  
Aged in a virgin oak barrel at our distillery in the heart of 
the St.John River Valley of New Brunswick, Canada. Produced in the style of Bourbon. 
Non-chill filtered, no colours or flavours added

Ce whisky canadien de petite série est distillé à partir de grains de maïs biologique et d'orge biologique cultivés localement. Il est vieilli en fûts de chêne vierge dans notre distillerie située au cœur de la vallée de la rivière Saint-Jean au Nouveau-Brunswick, Canada.

Non filtré à froid, sans ajouts de colorants ou d'arômes.

750ml 48%abv/vol. 

 Approximately 350 bottles 

Colour- Auburn
Tasting notes:

Single barrel, single mash of 85% organic corn, 15% organic barley. Aged in virgin charred American oak for 3 years. Blended down with organic maple tree water (flavourless, sugarless distilled water) 

Nose: Vanilla, apple, oak, leather, crème brûlée.

Pallet: Vanilla, creamy caramel, dried fruit, coconut and black pepper. Smooth and creamy mouth feel. 

Finish: Medium in length, pepper heat holds but fades into a coconut and caramel flavour.
