High Test is highest proof neutral spirit we can legally sell. It's a 70%alc raw moonshine that is generally distilled for the purpose of barrel aged sprits.
Only available at the distillery and our online store due to the high alcohol content. This raw distillate is available as a rye/barley blend, corn/barley blend, molasses, maple syrup or fruit moonshine. Availability depends on our distillation schedule and seasonal availability of the grains/sugars or fruits.
